Family room is big. very large 2 queen size bed can fit 6 persons. Bathroom is too small though. Furniture are from the 80's. Air-conditioning is very freezing, comfy bed comfy pillows. we got 8 Pillows in total! Breakfast is available though everyday is the exactly same menu. wish they change the menu everyday. Ironing board and iron is only available on the aisle at the hallway. which is very creepy to iron your clothing while other people walk pass through.

The room is spacious to accommodate my family of two adults and two children. The shower hot water is nice, and there are satellite tv with kids channel. Ours is family room and two large beds were provided. The room is clean, though it is look old. The AC is very cool, don’t worry about the heat. The food for breakfast is simple local favourites, but the taste is quite good, and has a lot of varieties for you to choose! The staff is very polite and friendly to assist you any time.

Close to Borneo Convention Centre Kuching if UCSI Hotel is full. Grab fare ranges from RM5.30 to RM29 depending on traffic/demand. Breakfast was adequate - catered for vegans, halal and indulgent guests.

I like the decorations of the hotel... the size of the twin beds. The shower was really nice for room 310.

The staff are very friendly and the service is topnotch. The room is spacious & the facilities inside the room is complete. I like the variety in the menu for breakfast. All in all, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

Everything is ok, the hotel room is big and clean, the staff is also very friendly, the breakfast also has a lot of food options.. the place to always stay when there is a vacation to Kuching, this hotel is the best.

1)Breakfast : Not much choice.Not as per expectation. Only nasi lemak, keou tiaw & porridge with some fruits. 2)Room : Night shift Receptionist was very friendly and helpful
